Saracen & Satyr: or the Mystical Quest of the Good Sir Palademes
I retell the Arthurian tale of the Saracen Knight Sir Palamedes and his quest for the elusive “Questing Beast”. Taking cues from Aliester Crowley’s unique mystical interpretation, Saracen and Satyr continues in the tradition of the occult fascination with this timeless cycle.
In Saracen and Satyr, he is accompanied (begrudgingly) throughout his endless task with a companion, a child of Pan and endless thorn in the side of grim Knight.
He must remain focused, slay the beast, claim his unrequited love and take his place in the round table. Or he will fall…
And there is a place into which our poor Knight must fall…
